A state-of-the-art flat bed routing table gives us the ability to cut and finish a variety of dimensional materials.
• Gold or Silver Metal Laminated Acrylic: Ranging in thickness from 1/8" to 1/2" - with a brushed, satin or polished metal finish (other laminates such as Wilsonart, or Nevamar can also be substituted). The edges of these letters can be painted to match the face or painted in a contrasting color such as black.
• Painted Acrylic: Ranging in thickness from 1/8" to 1/2" and spray painted to match almost any color or finish (edges generally painted the same color as face). For additional cost and

time savings, standard colors are available.
• Cut-Out Metal: Ranging in thickness from 1/8" to 1/2". Standard metals include aluminum, stainless steel or brass. Standard finishes include brushed, satin or polished (aluminum material is also available painted).
• Cast Metal: Ranging in thickness from 1" to 3". Cast typically from aluminum or bronze. Available in a variety of standard colors and finishes.
• Fabricated Metal: Ranging in depth from 1/2" to 12". Formed typically from aluminum (or steel). Available in a variety of standard colors and finishes.
• Illuminated Channel Metal and Acrylic: Ranging in thickness from 3" and up. Lighted using the latest LED technology, these letters can be facelit or backlit and come in a variety of different colors and finishes. |
